Question 1

What do I add when I set up a shop?

Accepted Answer

The setup flow lets you save a shop and the public product-page and checkout URLs you want in view. That records the pages for the intended checks; it does not, by itself, connect Latchkite to your shop platform.

Question 2

Does setup connect Latchkite to my shop platform?

Accepted Answer

The current setup saves shop details and page URLs. It does not establish a verified connection to a shop platform or provide access to private shop-admin data.

Question 3

How are scheduled page checks intended to work?

Accepted Answer

An hourly check job is configured in the app. It is intended to revisit saved public pages and record checks, but production monitoring runs have not been verified. A configured schedule is not evidence that a live check has happened.

Question 4

What are the checks intended to look at?

Accepted Answer

The intended checks focus on saved public product pages and checkout URLs, including whether a page can be reached and explicit product information visible to a visitor. Production behaviour has not been verified.

Question 5

What does the incident history show?

Accepted Answer

The incident-history screen displays saved check records when they are available. A record is an observation held by the app; it is not proof that every visit, issue, or recovery has been captured.

Question 6

Does Latchkite repair a shop issue automatically?

Accepted Answer

No. Automatic repairs are not implemented. Use a saved record to investigate the page yourself or with the provider responsible for your shop.

Question 7

What can a stock finding verify?

Accepted Answer

The intended stock finding is limited to explicit stock information visible on a public product page. It cannot inspect internal inventory or guarantee that an item will still be available later.
